The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or other media records captured during the Yellow Ribbon Run or Race Entry Pack Collection (REPC) for legitimate purposes, including commercial advertising, promotion of Yellow Ribbon Project (YRP) events, subsequent Yellow Ribbon Runs or similar events, and distribution of promotional materials to sponsors, donors, and partners.
